I Would Describe Myself As

Just like the headline implies I'm an outdoorsman and a country gentleman. I live my life with honesty and integrity and I speak the truth even want to gets me in trouble. I expect the same from the people that I'm with. I'm in upbeat person and do not have time for drama, life's too short for that. My boys have all left the house now so I'm looking to start the new chapter of my life. I know what it's like to love, to be in love and I have your heart broken. I like the first two better than that last one. I have found over the years that I don't need a woman, but I do want someone to enjoy life with, seek out adventures and have fun, a partner in life. I have a cabin in the mountains that escape to as much as possible. No phone, internet or tv just people talking, star gazing and letting your ears get a custom to nature. My friends have describe me as a mountain of a man with a heart of gold. All I can say is that my size came from hard work not the gym and I wear my heart on my sleeve. I am an engineer and I have enjoyed my career throughout my life, I'm very good at it. I am very well respected in the industry. Just thought I'd throw that out there. I enjoy all the same things everybody else does, going to a movie or staying home and watching one on TV, I like going out to dinner just as much is anybody else but I'm a pretty doggone good cook, I'm handy in the kitchen. I have gained a few extra pounds over the last year waiting on a knee surgery. But I am ramping up and working at off as fast as I can. It was a whole lot easier getting it then it is getting it off. But it'll be off by this summer I can guarantee that. My dog really appreciates it too going on walks again.
