About me... I've been happily independent for several years, devoted to my kids, but lately I miss having "someone special"--I want to cherish and to be cherished. Right now everything I do is kid-related. I LOVE my time with my kids but my life lacks adult interaction! I enjoy doing just about anything, I want to try new things, explore new places, and I want someone to do it with--share with me, show me, teach me! Ultimately, I want to build a loving relationship based on mutual respect & friendship.

I love being spontaneous, I love surprises, & I still believe in Santa! I’m sweet, compassionate, loyal, optimistic, and witty; I’m also responsible, educated, and goal oriented. I'm an idealist—I value harmony and I believe in the best in people. I love to laugh, and always smile; I'm not easily upset & rarely get angry. I love sweet and simple romantic gestures, holding hands, walks on the beach, a crackling fire...

Update: I recently got an email from a man who said I'm “delusional!” I don't think so, just to clarify, I'm not looking for a fairytale prince or a superhero; I listed the qualities I value of a few men I know and respect. Should I add self-confidence? :) I'm open to more opinions!
