These profile write ups always seem so generic, mine included, but I guess we've got to start somewhere with who we are. In all honesty I don't think you can know much till you meet a person, shake a hand, give a smile, feel someone's energy, but I'll take a shot at describing myself. I was born and raised on a mountain range, 300 acres to be exact, my father trained wild mustangs throughout my childhood, so the term cowboy evokes a lot of feeling in me. I have lived in ABQ for over 16 years now, and well.. I love things about the city, I sure miss the outback and nature. I have had several career's, but in the past five years have committed myself to begin a writer. I have a book coming out in 2015, and teach Transformational Writing courses. I am a life long learner, looking to spend time with someone that shares this idea of seeking, learning, developing and living the best life possible. Life is too short, or perhaps is just the right amount of time if we use it wisely, and live the life we want. I have always found that, "true cowboys," at heart, regardless of how you dress tend to have manners, debt, and a kindness I appreciate. Never mind the song, "mama don't lets babies grow up to be cowboys," that song basically says it's a bad idea to date a cowboy. lol But I am going to take a shot here because I know there are a few good men out there.
