I'm a small-town Southern girl and mom to 3 grown sons. I love my 3 dogs and cat, but they are not much for conversation! I ❤️ weekend trips (especially the beach!), 80s movies/music, sitting around a firepit with a glass of wine & snuggles on the couch. I consider myself an "extroverted introvert".....I can be bubbly and outgoing when needed, but then need some down time to recharge! I have been accused of having a huge heart and loving hard. My friends will say I trust too easily, thus opening myself to getting my heart broken. I am not afraid of getting my nails dirty, bugs or snakes (after all, I raised 3 boys!) and can still clean up and be a girl when called for! I consider myself a pretty good cook and miss having someone to cook for! Cooking for 1 is no fun!

I'm looking for someone who can be adventurous, yet also a homebody, and who has a sense of humor. Oh....must be fluent in sarcasm! Even though I consider myself a strong independent woman, I'd like to meet someone who will can be my knight in shining armor, my defender and protector.

I am recently divorced and dating with the intention of finding something that can become long-term. Its been a minute since I last dated (1990 to be exact!), so I am a bit rusty, to say the least! I prefer non-smokers and no more than 45 min or so from Greensboro.
