Describe myself. Well I guess I seem to be outgoing and confident on the outside. However that may not always be the case. I always wanted to be a cowboy when I was a kid and part of that Willie Nelson song sticks true. I have been around horses for the last 10 years. But I have gotten pretty serious the last 3 or so. I have had the luck to become very good friends with one of the best horse trainers in central Texas. He has helped me progress in my riding and learning about the nature of the horse. Just last night I started to practice roping the dummy from the back of my paint horse. I have a Reg APHA cow horse. I would enjoy meeting someone who would like to spend time enjoying the horses riding together and as family type activities. I am a state employee so don't expect a string of Polo Ponies. Really as far as I am concerned a nice barn is where I would rather spend my time. I also enjoy shooting fishing hunting camping just being outdoors. I also teach TX CHL classes. Doesn't mean I don't like spending time relaxing reading watching TV whatever. I hope I haven't bored anyone but I hope I have raised some questions because if we do meet we may need to have something to talk about. But horses will be a great starting point. Have been on hiatus from the site for awhile. Not sure how long I will be on here. Thought I would give it another chance. Seems like I have a lot going on in my life and precious little time... but I would like someone special to enjoy some of those precious moments with.
