I am 44, I work full time in the legal profession, work part time on my small farm, I have goats, dogs, chickens, a horse, other animals and a 4WD. Intelligence is a must, not necessarily formal education but an ability to converse about deeper issues and philosophies is important. No one is perfect but basic correct grammar is a must.
