First off, I am a mom. I have two beautiful children. My son is 7 and by daughter is 5. They are both full of energy and keep me on my toes. I love them with everything that is in me and they come first in my life.
I am a Christian and am trying to live my life the way God wants me to. I attend church regularly and my faith is very important to me.
I love to sing. I am singing all the time. I sing country and Christian music. Love red dirt music. I wish I could play the guitar but haven't had a good teacher, so no luck in that area yet. I enjoy dancing. I can hold my own, but would love to improve my skills.
I am a bit shy at first, but I warm up to people very quickly. Honestly after you get to know me you will be surprised that I was ever shy in the first place....translation: I am outgoing when I'm more comfortable and enjoy myself. I can laugh at myself easily.
I am witty and sarcastic. I definitely speak fluent sarcasm. I enjoy joking around. I can take as much as I dish out and I dish out a lot so be prepared. :) I love to laugh and have been told I have a great laugh. I am normally in a good mood and smiling all the time.
I am a boots and jeans kind of girl. Nothing better than a good pair of cowboy boots. I absolutely love horses. I grew up around them. Didn't get enough time in the saddle and I wish I had. I also wish that I had one or two of my own right now.
I am an independent woman. I have to be to survive as a single mom, right? I have a great job that I enjoy that also allows me to provide for my family. I don't need someone to support me, I can do that on my own. But someday I would like to have a best friend to be able to come home to every night.
I definitely enjoy the simple things in life. There is nothing better than spending the day with my kids and whoever I'm with and just enjoying each other's company. I am not always looking for something better. I am looking for my best friend. I am looking for that someone who wants to do the everyday things with me. I don't need or want anything fancy. Life is made in the little things.
