I’m very down to earth and enjoy the simple things in life. I don’t carry much baggage. The things I value the most are the things that you can't buy. I’m very young at heart and to me age is just a number (who say’s we have to act our age anyway?). I grew up on a farm next to a huge lake in North Dakota. My parents raised me with good strong moral values. My Dad made sure we had all the “toys” and he also made sure I knew how good it felt to put in a hard days work. I live to laugh even if it’s at myself. I guess I would say I have a witty-smartass sense of humor. A lot of times things just go over some peoples heads (that’s the funniest). When I was a kid, I played with my brother more than my sister. And I’d still much rather hang out with a bunch of guys than a bunch of women. I guess you could say that I’m kind of a “girly” tomboy. I don’t own a pair of high heels but I think I look pretty good in a short skirt and cowboy boots. I try to have a positive outlook on life and like to hang out with people who are the same. I hate complainers and whiners. People who try to be impressive don’t impress me much. I like anything that’s fast, anything that’s scary, anything that gets me dirty, anything relaxing, or anything that might include a cold BudLite. If you dare me to do something, chances are you’ll probably see me try it. I was raised Catholic, but I don’t consider myself religious. But I’m definitely very spiritual. I’d rather go on a long horse back ride or hike than spend an hour at a church service. I think helping someone in need is a good way to “say a prayer”. I try to be thankful for the “rough” things in life because I know that it’s what makes me stronger and wiser and appreciate all that is good. Find me on "book of faces", becky iglehart.
