I just moved here from No. California and am looking to meet like minded people.

I have 2 rescue horses. One is an ex-racehorse I found 10 years ago with a broken leg and weighing 600 pounds. The other is a PMU broodmare taken off the slaughter truck. My horses are very important to me. I'm looking for someone who understands the horses will probably come first but knows that that doesn't make him less important in my eyes.

I enjoy trails, camping, movies, trying new restaurants/bars, etc. I prefer small groups to large crowds and the simple life over one full of matieral obsessions.

I'm not looking for "a fun time" or serial dating. I want to find somebody I can share the rest of my life with.

It would really depend on the company. First dates are really more like an interview than anything. After that's out of the way, anything from a horseback riding picnic to a roadtrip to Sedona to dinner at a quiet restaurant or drinks at a dive bar would be great

Sky diving. Roadtrips to completely random out of the way places. Glassblowing was on the list, but I'm doing that now. Swimming with sharks keeps going on and off the list. It's usually on until Shark Week...

If money were no object, my dream is to open a horse rescue/guest ranch and rehabilitate the rescues for the ranch aspect or for their forever homes. Since I haven't won the lotto yet, just being the best person I can be and trying new things and being happy are my life goals.

Horses (obviously). I enjoy hanging out with friends and trying new restaurants, going to the movies, recently started glassblowing which I LOVE! I'm a very lowkey person. I like going out occassionally but I don't like the loud and crowded bar scene.

I'm looking for somebody who shares similar interests, who can make me laugh, who understands my quirks and whose quirks I can understand back, somebody who takes care of themselves (don't have to be perfect, heaven knows I'm not, but I just don't find potbellies or BBW attractive. Sorry!), a gentleman who is still a man (if I'm more masculine than you, it's not going to work). Really I'm looking for that elusive other half...
