I was born and raised a city girl but find myself most at peace away from the city, where the fields meet the sky. Life circumstances have allowed me that pretty much only when I can get away. I love to two-step, love country music and the old 70's classic rock, 80's and soft rock tunes too, love camping, weekend getaways, the Texas hill country, watching rodeo events, and the occasional shopping trip. I have a strong will that comes with a dose of stubborn every once and a while. I have a wonderful beautiful 17 year old daughter who plays varsity football (yep - you read that right) and she is also a record holder for the JV football team. I surround myself with an amazing circle of friends that I would do just about anything for and I know they would do the same for me. I believe God puts you where He believes you should be whether or not that reason is clear to us. But I believe that we should never give up on what we want for ourselves. I will add more later, but at least wanted to get this started.

I hope to find someone who is country-kind if you know what I mean. Manners, thoughtfulness, loving, someone who is not superficial. There are a lot of beautiful people in the world, but I would like someone who can see beneath the surface.
