Howdy! My name is Jess (short for Jessica) and I am 25 years young. I am a Kindergarten teacher (i have the best job ever) and therefore work with all women. Since I'm not a lesbian and all my friends live 1-3 hours away, I have turned to online dating to attempt to meet a southern gentleman (or just gentleman) who loves his momma and knows how to treat a lady.



I move slow. No not mentally (I have a bachelors degree and I am a teacher lol). I mean I like to take things slow when getting to know someone and getting into a relationship. I am a hopeless romantic and absolutely can not wait to meet my prince but I will not settle for less than what I deserve. I went to Disney World for Spring Break with my best friend. We met Cinderella among other princesses. I used to think fairy tales were not realistic now I think thy are totally realistic and it is super easy to fall in love. However, its finding that one special person to fall in love with that is hard. I have had days where I literally want to just give up completely but the stupid hopeless romantic inside of me is telling me if I do then I give up on my one true love. And that will NEVER happen EVER! I am VERY traditional and believe I was meant to live in the early centuries back when women were courted and men asked the dads of the women they wanted to date for permission to date them. Too bad I'm stuck in 2013 where times have changed to my disadvantage lol I am also a strong Christian who would like to be in a relationship with a man who encourages me in my walk with God. Lastly, I would like to meet someone who has at least a bachelors degree and a stable job. Nothing against anyone who is still in school but it always seems that there is a lack of time to do things when still in school.



It is summer time for me (woohoo) so I am pretty free for the most part however I do have a new puppy who I absolutely adore so I am a packaged deal now lol



I have started working out and eating healthier so I would love to meet someone who has the same desires. I am working up the nerve to lift weights in the gym lol the day will come eventually.



So why should you bother spending time getting to know me? That you can answer for yourself. However, if you don't take a small chance on this girl (me), you will miss out on a sports loving, obsessive basketball and football watching (no you won't be in trouble with me for watching sports), dancing fanatic, all american girl next door who actually knows what she wants and has no problem telling you exactly what that is.
