Hello, I'm Cathy. Overall I'm a fairly content woman. I have a great job working for a very stable company (pharmacy technician for a mail order pharmacy), and a secondary skill (dog grooming) that can also be profitable if I need additional income. I did both concurrently for several years. I go to the gym to either swim or do water aerobics 3 to 4 times a week. Active in my church and close to my family. I have small circle of close friends who know just how much of a nerd I am and like me anyway. I like most kinds of music, although not into gangsta rap or death metal; all other genres are okay with me, and I probably have some in my music library.
I'm an avid PBR and PRCA fan, and I have been for years. They're the only sports entities not infested with wokeism, and I hope that continues.
Not into games, unless the game comes in a box and involves a board, dice, a spinner, and/or cards. I have a pretty good collection of fun and silly games, some appropriate for playing with the whole family, and others that are a bit on the inappropriate side, but fun for an adult party--with or without adult beverages.
I'm looking for a man, aged 45 to 60, with whom I can develop a lasting relationship built on mutual trust and respect. I don't have a specific physical "type"--it's more a gleam in the eye and a warm smile with just a hint of mischief that catches my attention. I do prefer to be in the company of a man who is physically active because he will also lead me to be more active. I won't lie, though, a pair of Wranglers that fits just right always gets my attention.
We should share enough interests, activities, and personality traits to be compatible, and any differences should compliment and balance each other. ideally, too, we will both always have that little flutter when we see or even think about the other, and being in each other's presence will also bring a sense of calm that isn't there with anyone else. We can go out separately with friends and always be excited that we get to go home to each other.
My Lutheran faith is very important to me, and I hope to meet a fellow Lutheran, or a man who, as the relationship grows serious, is willing to join my congregation, as worshipping and serving our neighbor together will be very important to me.
I am hoping there aren't scammers on this site, but if I ask seemingly random or even stupid questions, please don't think I'm stupid. It will likely be a question that I know the answer to (ie, a local landmark).
