As much as I am a proud New Englander, at an early age I dreamed of moving to Colorado. I never gave up on that dream. It took many years, but I made it in 2001, right after 911.
I love being with my family (they are a hoot. It is always a good time). I love Chinese food, Genealogy. I love to sit quietly somewhere and just enjoy my surroundings, walking barefoot in the sand or grass, watching cable news, listening to music, walking on a beach in the moonlight. I adore my dogs Dakota and Molly Magee (both adopted).
I love to walk into an Antique store and find a treasure. It is wonderful to wake up to the smell of coffee and bacon in the morning. I enjoy the smell of freshly cut grass (even though I am allergic). My favorite holidays are the 4th of July, Halloween (Pagan) and Christmas (Christian). I love the New England fall weather, and it's marvelous colors, apple picking, Apple Butter.
I love horses.
I love the ocean, the mountains. I enjoy sitting on top of a mountain and quietly taking in the scenery. I adore children (They are the best! The great sadness in my life is that I did not have any). I Love lightening storms off in the distance, (in CO you get spectacular light shows). I enjoy watching old classic movies on a stormy Sunday afternoon, holding hands with someone I care about.
