I am a widow who is well adjusted and interested in the beginnings of what could be a great relationship. I love music, reading, know and understand the outdoors. I love to travel, love the ocean and mountains, but have no problems with cuddling on the couch watching a movie. I can cook and do a fairly good job at it but don't really like to do it. I ran a restaurant for years and got burned out cooking. Took me years to eat Turkey again after smelling it cooking for Thanksgiving and Christmas year after year. I use to cook a Cajun 15 bean soup for Thanksgiving cause of it. I have a strange sense of humor and love to laugh, I try and give my partner something to laugh about everyday. I love affection and being told regularly how much I am loved. I also return the favor by showing my feelings in words and action. I will admit that I do have a temper at times and can have a sharp tongue. I think people who say that they don't are not telling the truth cause everyone gets mad. It is how you handle it that counts. I personally walk away from situations until I can get what upset me in perspective. Then I can talk about it and get the issue resolved.
