I am a widow who is well adjusted and interested in the beginnings of what could be a great relationship. I love music, reading, know and understand the outdoors. I am HWP and not a skinny mini person, nor am I heavy. Kind of in the middle. I have adult children and grandchildren whom I love dearly. I also love animals and have a Lhasa Apso who is my fur baby. I love to travel, love the ocean and mountains, but have no problems with cuddling on the couch watching a movie. I can cook and do a fairly good job at it but don't really like to do it. I ran a restaurant for years and got burned out cooking. Took me years to eat Turkey again after smelling it cooking for Thanksgiving and Christmas year after year. I use to cook a Cajun 15 bean soup for Thanksgiving cause of it. I have a strange sense of humor and love to laugh, I try and give my partner something to laugh about everyday. I love affection and being told regularly how much I am loved. I also return the favor by showing my feelings in words and action. I will admit that I do have a temper at times and can have a sharp tongue. I think people who say that they don't are not telling the truth cause everyone gets mad. It is how you handle it that counts. I personally walk away from situations until I can get what upset me in perspective. Then I can talk about it and get the issue resolved. I am open and honest so if you have questions, ask away.

Really not a date, I call them Ice Tea Dates cause I don't drink coffee. It would be somewhere quite but public. Need the quite so that one could hear the other and also their own thoughts. See if there is a spark. Then, if that spark is there, plan on the real first date.

I have done a lot in my life so this is hard. I already did white water rafting...don't like heights so parachuting is totally out. I always wanted to scuba dive so I guess it would be that.

It depends on the day and weather. I like going to zoo, dinner, spending time cuddling on the couch with my honey, going for a drive or ride. Dancing, bowling...shooting pool or playing darts. So much to do...so little time.

Vad letar du efter?

I look at a picture and I see if their smile is not only on their lips but in their eyes too. I want someone who is sure of themselves but not arrogant. I like being taken care of but also want to be in charge of my decision making. I want someone who is not afraid to make a commitment...not wait forever to make up their mind if they want to be with me or not. I make decisions quickly, not only in my love life but in general too. I don't like wondering if the man I am with feels about me the same way I feel about him.
