I am a lady and at the early stage, I prefer a man to lead with his intentions. I do not want to give a wrong impression. It am content with who I am and enjoy my own company but would love to share my life with someone special.I like being around people that know who they are. You will always know where you stand with me! I often poke fun at myself and love people that can make me laugh. I am told that I am a thoughtful person. An emotional connection is equally as important to me as a physical one. I appreciate what is truly important in life - family, friends and health. My daughter, new grandson and niece are the light of my life. From years of working in an unconventional job I have a sharp wit and more than a slightly warped view of life. I am hardworking but value the importance of making time for fun in a relationship. I treasure my time during the summer months at hubbles lake, recharging my batteries and kicking back. I don't need a lot to make me happy - a good book or relaxing in the sun. I value quiet times - watching a movie in front of a crackling fire, curled up in an afghan on my porch writing, enjoying a game of cards or scrabble or basking in a sunny spot poolside. I love to cook and entertain family and friends, but definitely appreciate someone that can barbeque!

Maybe I should come with a warning label "not for the faint of heart" as I am also a bit of an adrenaline junkie, living life large and occasionally doing unconventional things. I am very playful and a bit of a tease. I enjoy travelling and hope to see a bit more of this world. I enjoy photography, skydiving, grass volleyball, scuba diving, riding my motorcycle, fishing, snorkeling, shooting handguns and going to garage sales. I hope to visit a fly in fishing lodge to experience it just once. I journeyed to Churchill Manitoba to kayak and swim with the Beluga whales this summer!

My Idea Of Fun Is

In the summer, I like to sit around the fire with friends. I enjoy kayaking on the lake. I have been fortunate enough to travel a fair bit and hope to see more of this beautiful world we live in. I like to play cards occasionally with friends. I am a beginner rider on my motorcycle and would like to take a few short road trips. I enjoy quadding and snowmobiling although I am very much a beginner.
