I'm probably one of the most laid back easy going persons you'll ever meet! Now keep in mind this doesn't mean I'm a pushover, it just means that certain things/people are not worth getting upset about! I'm independent, caring, loving and will give you the shirt off my back! Taking care of oneself is vital and workout often! Although I believe in healthy eating, I also believe you should never deprive yourself of anything! Having said that, I'm not a girl afraid to eat! Ha! Care to defy the aging process with me?!
