I am independent and self sufficient. I can take care of myself, but in the end would rather stand side-by-side with someone I love. I'm not on the marriage train and don't mind taking my time, friends first, etc, but eventually I'd like to have a long term relationship with someone I am comfortable with.

I love mountain biking, country music, my dogs, sunshine, good naps, beer, bacon, bbq, the smell of rain on hot pavement...



I'm looking for someone who has his stuff together, is over any previous relationships, can be "tougher than the rest", and who also happens to be a great hugger. I realize that we all have baggage, and I am not exempt, but I do try to keep it to the size of a light carry-on so that it can neatly be stored in the overhead bin.



I am not into coffee dates, and I don't want an email / text relationship. If you're not into meeting for a date, then I lose interest quickly. Doesn't have to be anything fancy, just something of a "meet and greet" to see if we want to know more about each other.
