I Would Describe Myself As

First, I should confess, I am, in many ways, a study in contraditions. I am a girlie girl, with a vice for sexy high heels, which is part of why I like guys over 5'10 (not a must, simply a preference), so I can still look up at you while I batt my eyes, even in my highest heels. At the same time, I'm a tomboy at heart and don't sweat things like getting dirty or breaking a nail. My 2nd vice, I'm a travel junkie. I keep a suitcase half packed in case the mood strikes me to just GO. I love to see new places. I find it thrilling exploring new cultures & have recently gone to Germany for the second time,have also been to Paris & England. Yes, I've gone on my own, I'm not waiting to live my life until I find "him" but would be nice to have someone to go & ooohh & ahhhh over things with, would make it all that more special having someone to share the memories. That being said, I'm actually very much the homebody when I'm not traveling. I enjoy quiet nights sitting outside.. watching the dogs play & the fireflies dance, bbq'ing, relaxing. I love to garden, canoe, fish (yes, I bait my own hook... can fillet my catch & cook it up for you too!). Never been a barfly, although I don't mind going to watch a game or listen to some good live music. I've not hunted in years, but have trained my own birddogs... nothing like watching an animal do what it's been bred to do! I could ride almost before I could walk... have broken in my own horses back when I was younger & there's nothing like burying your face in a horses neck after a hard day or just spending some time grooming one down to help relax. I enjoy many other things - from kissing to cooking (to me it's a labor of love, a special way to show you care and I've been told I'm pretty good at it! Cooking that is, ahhh well, ummm been told I'm good at the kissing part too *blushes*. Love snorkeling (would REALLY love to learn to scuba!), antiquing, enjoy sports, especially college football, hockey (Wings, Gryphons & Whalers) & since my trip to England a BIG rugby fan! I raise money for cancer reasearch & am working to get my dog approved as a therapy dog, I believe it's important to give back to your community. I love the sound of leaves underfoot in the fall, roaring bonfires, moonlit nights, the electricty of a thunderstorm, vegas, A2 or anywhere I can sit back and people watch. I'm always up for trying something new.. never know when a new passion may strike you. MMM now speaking of passion... I've been alone for a bit now, and while I don't NEED a man to make me happy, as I have a pretty good life, I do miss having someone special to share those special moments and little things with, to make memories that last a lifetime or just sit in comfortable silence with. I'm not into games, well... unless you count Babyoil Twister *wicked grin*. I took my time to heal, now I'm ready to move forward. Since I'm a smart strong lady, I'm looking for a strong, smart man(sorry THIS is a must...)who has a sensitive side... who still remembers how to treat a lady like a lady. Should be over the party boy stage, cause I'm not looking to be anyone's booty call, I'm worth much more then that! That being said, I'm a 'touchy" person, PDA's work for me, as does just cuddling on the couch, if you're not "affectionate" we won't get along as I believe that in a GOOD relationship, ****and intimacy play a very big part. I want the passion again, the type of PASSION that you can see in his eyes whenever you're together or in that look he gives you across the room at a party that says "just wait til later". The type that comes not just from an intense physical attraction, but from much more. I don't care what you drive, who you wear or what you make, those things aren't important and don't impress me nearly as much as the MAN you are. Common interests & a love of life is a start.
