Communication, honesty and no cheaters!! I never look for perfection nor expect it, a relationship is work but it shouldnt be stressful. If you expect anything besides conversation on the first date do not even email. May sound blunt to some but just stating the facts. Pet peeve: people post photos of them in sunglasses, I would say the general idea is to see your face. At least post one with and with without!! Geez!!
