I consider myself to be a deeply feeling artsy, romantic type. I love a good book, great movie, or blazing fire (No, I'm not a pyro!)

Friends and family are important in my life. I enjoy deep conversations and consider myself to be a good communicator and a loyal friend and companion. My kids are now grown, ages 18 and 21 :)

I can be content to be indoors or outdoors. I grew up riding horses and haven't done so in several years. I have a good sense of humor, and would hope that you would too!

I usually feel more comfortable in a quiet setting, but I also enjoy a casual gathering of friends. I'm not at all into bars, but I like singing Karoake when I am feeling brave! I like the holidays and being in a small tight-knit group of friends. I enjoy boardgames, river-rafting, poetry writing, conversations, and spending time w/ those I love.

I love to light candles and open the windows during a huge summer thunderstorm!

I'm looking for a man who is on the leaner side, takes good care of himself, someone who is my own age, is down-to-earth, and has an attractive smile and a warm heart.

I'm an out-of-the-box, "spiritual but not religious" thinker. I only surround myself with those who are a bit of the same!

To help my children acheive success and happiness as much as I can. To be with someone whom I respect and adore that feels the same about me. To experience happiness more than pain, and to always be authentic and as real as possible. I'd like to help others whenever possible, and someday write a book or two!

Maybe horseback riding again?
