I'm originally from the big town of College Station, Texas. I spent about 5 years living in Atlanta, Georgia. I returned to Texas to attend college. I now live in Houston and I absolutely love it. I love living inside the loop and near the life of the city, but I would be just as comfortable living in the country.

I am currently at the end of working on my two year internship to finish getting my Counseling License. I recently took a position in a local high school teaching prevention education. And I have set out to be healthier these days. I have been working out the past 6 months and I have worked hard to finally eat healthy. I love eating at new restaurants and trying new things in general.

Just a little about me........When I get close to someone I give my love freely. I am sometimes too honest but you will always know where you stand with me. I Love to travel, the arts and literature. I have been blessed with the most amazing family anyone could have asked for. I want to find someone who appreciates the joy and craziness that family brings to your life. I'm very grateful for my friends who are amazing loving people who support me through all that I do in life.

I love to watch football, basketball and baseball. I have always wanted to take golf lessons but with school and work haven't found the time so far. I tend to be independent but I would love to have someone to rely on when I need someone to just catch me. I like to go dancing every now and again...but the bar scene isn't me anymore.

My perfect match I believe would be someone who knows who they are and at least has an idea of what they want if they don't already have those things. I know who I am today and I want someone who appreciates me for who I am. I have worked really hard to get all the things in my life that I need and some of the things that I want.
